Isn’t it amazing that the humble plastic bottle can be repurposed into sustainable and comfortable performance fabrics? It’s our superpower! And we never stop learning about how to make these fabrics even better and more environmentally friendly. Plus, we continue to add new sustainable fabrics to our lineup like organic cotton, bamboo viscose, bluesign® approved, and more!

Pinhole Ventilation

Do you rate breathability at the top of your list of must-haves in apparel? Several of our fabrics have what we call “pinhole ventilation.” There are literal tiny holes in the fabric that help keep you cool during hot weather activities.

An ideal example of our pinhole ventilation fabric is our Sightseer line for men and women: the Short Sleeve, Long Sleeve and Hoodie. These designs are ideal for all your summer adventures in the woods, on the water, on the trail or on the course:

Challenger Jacket

If it’s buttery smoothness you crave after a long day at work or on your days off, look no further than our Pacesetter line and our Trendsetter Joggers. The fabric we use in these well-loved garments for men and women rates 100% on the softness scale while offering ultimate stretch too.

The Trendsetter Joggers are for your bottom half—like your favorite sweats, only softer and more comfy. Our Pacesetter collection (the ever-popular Quarter Zip and the Hoodie) covers your top. You get:

Lusciously soft 90% recycled poly fabric that looks as wonderful as it feels

Sueded Jersey Softness

Our medium-weight sueded jersey gives you cloud-like softness with the stretch you crave for ultimate comfort. You wouldn’t expect a fabric of this weight to offer breathability too, but it does. That means a highly versatile garment you can wear day in and day out.

Our Sidekick collection includes the Hoodie and Quarter Zip for men, and the Hoodie, Crew, Quarter Zip and Mock for women. Our sueded jersey fabric offers:

A whopping 12% spandex that gives it super high stretch—it moves with you on all your activities
44-88% recycled polyester, using up to 26 plastic bottles per garment
Several color options (since you’re going to want more than one, trust us!)

Weighty Waffle Knit

We pair the textural waffle-knit fabric in our Maverick line with a dreamy jersey inside for a supremely stretchy and cozy top to rival your most comfortable sweatshirt—while looking far more stylish.

Men and women can choose between the Quarter Zip and Button Up models in a variety of color options. In addition:

A unique blend of 40% recycled poly waffle fabric with 60% pre-shrunk premium cotton.
Soft, stretchy and unexpectedly breathable

Wool-Like Fleece

This fabric takes comfort to a new level. Indulge in wool-like warmth for the ultimate in coziness with our Overachiever collection for men and women.

Not only is this the softest sweater fleece you’ve ever felt, our Overachiever Jackets, Pullovers and Vests use up to 42 recycled plastic bottles each. They also offer:

A modern silhouette that elevates your look
Details like on-seam zippered pockets on the Jacket and Vest
A range of seasonal and all-the-time colors (we call them our Core colors)

Also made in this cozy fleece are our unisex Catalyst Mittens and Beanie. Keep your hands and noggin toasty with these lightweight-but-ultra-warm winter accessories. The Mittens have “sticky dots” so you can keep your grip on your dog’s leash or coffee thermos in the cold.

Bamboo Bliss

Bamboo is one of the most renewable and versatile resources on the planet. Why wouldn’t we include it in some of our fabrics? While it isn’t suitable for apparel on its own, we can combine it with other materials to produce blended fabrics that are soft, cozy and durable.

Here’s a look at two styles for men and women that take advantage of bamboo:

Renewer Quarter Zip is so comfy it’s known as Professional Pajamas around our office! Along with the Polo, the Renewer line is made of a 40% bamboo/60% recycled poly fabric. That makes it 100% sustainable.
Shoreliner Quarter Zip blends the bamboo viscose with 55% organic cotton. Its relaxed fit and lightweight warmth are perfect for every season.
Unwinder Polo keeps you cool from the 1st hole to the 19th. Cocktail, anyone? Made of a 40% bamboo/60% recycled poly fabric.

Our PFAS-Free Fabrics

Our apparel has been made without PFAS since 2023, successfully transitioning all our fabrics away from the harmful "forever chemicals."

Traveler Jacket and Vest are always a good idea. Lightweight warmth and packability make them go-to items for so many. As their names imply, they’re the best for traveling!
Aviator Bomber Jacket is a fresh take on a favorite classic. The shell and lining are made with two different types of 100% recycled polyester. Stretch rib collar, cuffs and bottom band add comfort.
Artisan Shirt Jacket is crafted for life on the go while you make a fashion statement. Inspired by modern workwear, this windproof and water-resistant jacket keeps you warm. The 100% recycled poly shell and 35% recycled poly insulation help keep the environment healthier too.
Explorer Rain Set is downpour ready. 20K/20K waterproof/breathability and 4-way stretch will comfortably protect you from the heaviest rain.
