Return Policy

We want you to be delighted, but if you aren’t happy, we’ll make it right. Returns are easy and free. 

We will accept returns of regular-price items for a refund or store credit (via eGift Card) within 30 days of purchase with a valid packing slip. All items must be unworn, clean, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached. 

Warehouse Sale items, Mystery Boxes, Curated Boxes, items marked final sale, custom decorated apparel, face masks, and charity products are not eligible for return. 

How to Make a Return

Have your order number (located on your packing slip) and your email address ready. Start a return here: returns.stormcreek.com.  

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email. Refunds/credits are processed within 2 weeks of receipt of your package; however, in many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly.

How to Make an Exchange

To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item using the return process listed above and place a new order for the item you would like. If we don’t have your size or color in stock, please select a different product. Any sale price will be adjusted at the time of fulfillment of your new item. Please send an email to info@stormcreek.com to alert us of your new order.

Returning a Gift?

Gifts can be returned for in-store credit (via eGift card) for the lowest selling price in the last 90 days. Please contact us at (651) 480-3000 or info@stormcreek.com to return a gift.
