Return Policy

We want you to be delighted, but if you aren’t happy, we’ll make it right. Returns are easy and free. 

We will accept returns of regular price or discounted items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. All items must be unworn, clean, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached. 

Final sale items (warehouse sale – online and in-person – sale section items, custom decorated apparel, and charity promotions) are not eligible for return.

 

How to Make a Return

Have your order number ready and email address. Start a return here: returns.stormcreek.com.  

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email. Refunds/credits are processed with in 2 weeks of receipt of your package; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.

 

How to Make an Exchange

To exchange an item, please return your order using the return process listed above and place a new order for the item you would like. If we don’t have your size or color in stock, please select a different product.

 

Returning a Gift?

If changed your mind about a gift you received, and don’t have your order number, you can return it for in-store credit for the lowest selling price in the last 90-days. Please contact us at (651) 480-3000 to return a gift.
