We want you to be delighted, but if you aren’t happy, we’ll make it right. Returns are easy and free.
We will accept returns of regular price or discounted items for a refund or store credit (via eGift Card) within 30 days of purchase with a valid packing slip. All items must be unworn, clean, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached.
Mystery Boxes, Curated Boxes, items marked final-sale, custom decorated apparel, and charity products are not eligible for return. Face masks are also not returnable.
How to Make a Return
Have your order number (located on your packing slip) ready and email address. Start a return here: returns.stormcreek.com.
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email. Refunds/credits are processed with in 2 weeks of receipt of your package; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.
How to Make an Exchange
To exchange an item, please return the unwanted item using the return process listed above and place a new order for the item you would like. If we don’t have your size or color in stock, please select a different product. Any sale price will be adjusted at the time of fulfillment of your new item. Please send an email to email@example.com to alert us of your new order.
Returning a Gift?
If you changed your mind about a gift you received, and don’t have your order number, you can return it for in-store credit (via eGift card) for the lowest selling price in the last 90-days. Please contact us at (651) 480-3000 or firstname.lastname@example.org to return a gift.
