How can I set up a return?
If you're looking to start a return, please click here. Enter the email address associated with your order and the order number (located on your packing slip).
What is your return policy?
We will accept returns of regular price or discounted items for a refund or store credit (via eGift Card) within 30 days of purchase with a valid packing slip. All items must be unworn, clean, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached.
Mystery Boxes, Curated Boxes, Warehouse Sale items, items marked final-sale, custom decorated apparel, and charity products are not eligible for return. Face masks are also not returnable.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item using the return process listed above and place a new order for the item you would like. If we don’t have your size or color in stock, please select a different product. Any sale price will be adjusted at the time of fulfillment of your new item. Please send an email to email@example.com to alert us of your new order. Mystery Boxes and Warehouse sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What carrier do you use for returns?
We use UPS for all returns.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email.
Refunds/credits are processed within 2 weeks of receipt of your package; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. You'll get an email confirmation when we've initiated a refund.
If your haven't received a refund within 2 weeks of receipt of your purchase, please call us at 651-480-3000 and we'd be happy to look into this for you.
Can I return items purchased from a retailer?
We can only accept returns of products that were purchased on our website. If you purchased your Storm Creek product from a store, then you'll need to arrange your return with that retailer.
Shipping & Tracking
What are my shipping options?
We currently only ship to the contiguous United States and Canada.
We ship via FedEx Ground (delivery in 5-7 business days).
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the speed of delivery. Periodically, we will offer free shipping promotions with a discount code, or if your order total is over a certain dollar amount specified by the promotion.

How do I track my order?
Login to your account to track your order. Your tracking number can also be found in your confirmation email.
You can always call our Customer Experience department at (651) 480-3000 for status on your order.
My order says "delivered" but I haven't received it?
Please reach out to us at 651-480-3000 if your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it.
Please note that in some cases, parcels can get marked as delivered on the tracking but still take a couple of days to physically arrive!
My item arrived damaged/incorrect, how can you help me?
We are so sorry you received a damaged or incorrect item! If you received an incorrect or damaged item, our Customer Experience team would be happy to assist you with a solution within 30 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, with the tags attached.

Can I change my shipping address?
Once your order has been placed, it's highly unlikely we'll be able to change the shipping address for your order. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we cannot make changes to an order once it has entered the shipping process.
Please double check your address prior to placing your order.
Should you find that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us at (651) 480-3000 as soon as possible.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Storm Creek only ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. There may be additional charges for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us to inquire about other shipping needs outside the United States.
What payments do you accept?
Currently, we accept Storm Creek Gift Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payment options. We also offer PayPal. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos are also accepted.
Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Once you place your order you may see a pending authorization on your account that is generally removed within 3-5 business days or once your order has shipped and payment has been submitted. You will be notified via e-mail or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.
All prices and amounts are in U.S. dollars.
Do you charge sales tax in my state?
Current law allows us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order’s “ship to” address. Storm Creek follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Most states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on the invoice that accompanies your order.

How do you process payments?
Your credit card is charged when the order ships. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s). Please note if you placed your order using a gift card, the funds from a canceled order will be held for five business days before being released.
How do you purchase and use gift cards?
If you are interested in purchasing a Storm Creek gift card, click here. Gift cards are available online in the following denominations: $10, $25, and $50. Gift cards never expire.
Gift cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the gift card number during checkout. There is no shipping & handling charge for gift cards delivered via U.S. standard delivery and cannot be sent to international shipping locations. When merchandise is ordered along with gift cards, sales tax and shipping and handling will be applied to the merchandise portion of the order – not the gift card. Gift card purchases are not eligible for promotional discounts.
Gift Card Terms. Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Cards issued by Storm Creek are redeemable for merchandise only in the U.S. at stormcreek.com or at our annual warehouse sales. Cards may not be used for payment on any credit card account, to purchase another gift card, or toward previously purchased merchandise. Treat the cards as cash. If your card is lost, stolen or destroyed, it may be able to be replaced if you have the card number, and can only be redeemed as a coupon at stormcreek.com. Cards carry no expiration date.

How do I access my order information?
To access all orders, please create an account or login. All orders, past and present will be stored in our account profile. You can track your order status from your account, as well as update your contact information and shipping address.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are difficult to facilitate even if the order hasn't shipped yet. This is because your order's invoice is sent to the warehouse immediately after your order is placed. There are hundreds of orders flowing through to the warehouse each day, and pulling a single order from the floor may not be possible.

Can I change my order?
Unfortunately we’re not able to make adjustments to the products, sizes, colors, or quantities once an order has been placed.
However, we may be able to cancel your order completely so you can place your order again with adjustments. Please feel free to contact us at (651) 480-3000 and we'll be happy to help!
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
We're sorry to hear you didn't receive a confirmation email for your order!
Sometimes these emails can end up in your spam folder or junk inbox, so it's possible that's what occurred with your confirmation.

What if my item is out of stock?
While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on rare occasion we may need to cancel one or more item(s). If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s).

What size should I order?
Our product fits "true to size" meaning that if you typically wear a size medium in other brands, you would likely enjoy the fit of a size medium in Storm Creek as well.
We would highly recommend checking out the sizing chart so you can measure yourself and figure out what size will fit best.

How do I leave a product review?
To write a review for one of our products, simply visit that product's page on our website, scroll down to the Reviews and Questions section and click the "Write a Review" button.

Where are the care instructions for my product?
Care instructions can be found on the wash tag on the product and under the "Details" tab on the product's page on our website.
If you're not able to find the care instructions, please email our Customer Experience team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll be happy to provide you with the correct information.
Are you able to add my company's logo to your product?
We partner with a network of promotional products distributors and specialty retailers to sell our products. If you are interested in ordering branded apparel from Storm Creek, please call your distributor or contact us for a referral.
My item is damaged, how can you help me?
We're sorry your item is damaged.
Please contact our Customer Experience team within 30 days of purchase at 651-480-3000, and we'd be happy to make things right for you. The item must be unworn, with the tags attached.
My item is pilling
To help reduce the risk of pilling, we recommend that you wash your Storm Creek garments in cold water and hang them to dry.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your garment, please email our customer care team at email@example.com and we'd be happy to assist further.
My item shrunk
We highly recommend that you wash all your clothing (not just Storm Creek items) inside out in cold water with like colors and then hang to dry. This will not only reduce the chances of shrinking, but it is also environmentally friendly and will help to increase the longevity of your items!

How do I get rid of creasing on my garment?
If your item arrives creased, the creasing should disappear after the first wash.
Alternatively, we recommend steaming the item to remove any remaining creasing! We do not recommend ironing your Storm Creek items.
What is included in a Storm Creek Mystery Box?
Mystery Boxes are a popular, limited-release item that is usually only made available a handful of times each year. Mystery Boxes contain 3 surprise items.
What size Mystery Box should I choose?
We find that most of our items fit "true to size" meaning that if you typically wear a size medium in other brands, you would likely enjoy the fit of a size medium in Storm Creek as well.
We recommend ordering your usual size, but you can also view our size chart for reference.
Your Mystery Box may include both tops and bottoms, but we don't offer any guarantee on the composition of your box.
I don't like an item in my Mystery Box, can I return it?
Mystery Boxes are a final sale item. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any items included in your Mystery Box.
We recommend giving unwanted items as a gift or donating them to a local charity.
I ordered the wrong size Mystery Box, can I exchange?
Mystery Boxes are a final sale item. Please ensure that you review your cart and select the correct size prior to placing your order.
Every Mystery Box is hand-selected and packaged by our team, making every order unique, therefore, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
How do I change the email address or name on my account?
To update your email address, name or phone number, log into your account, click "Update Account Information," and then "Save Changes."
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password, please visit the login page and click the "Forgot your Password?" link underneath the login box. If your email address is currently on file, we will send you an e-mail with a link to re-set your password.

How do I see my order history?
We’ve made it easy for you to check the status of current orders or view details for past orders. As a registered, signed-in user, you can access your order status and history anytime you wish — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click ‘My Account’, then click ‘Order History’.
Previously placed an order and it’s not showing up in Order History? Try tracking your order by clicking ‘Order Status’ (if you were not signed in when you placed your order initially, it will not display in Order History). Please call us at (651) 480-3000 anytime to check on the status of your order.
How do I sign out of my account?
To sign out of your account, click the "Sign Out" button that appears at the top of every screen before you leave the site.
If you are using a public or shared computer, do not choose the "Remember Me" option to ensure your account and information remains secure.
How is your apparel sustainable?
Storm Creek’s Eco-Collection includes a variety of styles containing at least 35% recycled post-consumer waste, made primarily of recycled plastic bottles. Since launching this collection, we’ve saved more than 12 million plastic bottles from landfills or oceans. Every product in our line now has a recycled component.
Are your fabrics sustainably sourced?
The sourcing process begins at the fabric mills. We seek only high-quality mills whenever possible as we source raw materials. Many of our mills are Bluesign® or Oeko-Tex certified, which means they focus on sustainable practices, such as water conservation, and use environmentally safe chemicals.
Are your factories certified?
Storm Creek works with some of the top factories in the world. Our owners personally know the factory owners, and they have been selected because our values align. Many of our factories are certified by the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) program and Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), and all of them meet the high standards required by some of the best brands in the world.
Do your products contain harmful chemicals?
No. Storm Creek adheres to transparency regarding chemicals used in producing and packaging our apparel.
With our factories, we avoid any product that could be deemed harmful or considered a health concern.
All Storm Creek materials are Proposition 65 certified, ensuring garments are non-toxic and safe.
How are you giving back to the environment?
Storm Creek has been committed to giving back to the community and the environment.
