Order Status
To access all orders, please create an account or login. All orders, past and present will be stored in our account profile. You can track your order status from your account, as well as update your contact information and shipping address.
If you received something by error or if you order was not correct or damaged in anyway upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything in our power to make it right!
Once your order has been placed there is an extremely short window of time whereby we can make a change. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and accurately as possible, therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Should you find that you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please call us at (651) 480-3000 as soon as possible.
While we make every effort to fulfill your entire order, on rare occasion we may need to cancel one or more item(s). If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s).
First, login to your account and check your order status. If it is still in transit, you can check your order confirmation email for your tracking number, then you can track your order. You can always call our Customer Experience department at (651) 480-3000 and we can track down your order for you.
Shipping
We offer two shipping methods via UPS or USPS mainly, including standard ground (delivery in 5-7 business days). Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the speed of delivery. Periodically, we will offer free shipping promotions with a discount code, or if your order total is over a certain dollar amount specified by the promotion. If you need faster service than standard ground, please contact us at 651-480-3000 (additional shipping charges will apply).
At this time, Storm Creek only ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. There may be additional charges for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us to inquire about other shipping needs outside the United States.
Create an account or login to your existing account. Your full contact information and shipping address is stored in your profile and can be changed at any time. You will have the option to change to a different shipping address if needed upon checkout.
We want you to be delighted, but if you aren’t happy, we’ll make it right. Returns are easy and free.
We will accept returns of regular price or discounted items for a refund or store credit (via eGift Card) within 30 days of purchase with a valid packing slip. All items must be unworn, clean, unwashed, unaltered, and with the original tags attached.
Mystery Boxes, Curated Boxes, items marked final-sale, custom decorated apparel, and charity products are not eligible for return. Face masks are also not returnable.

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions via email. Refunds/credits are processed with in 2 weeks of receipt of your package; however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.
Yes, to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item using the return process listed above and place a new order for the item you would like. If we don’t have your size or color in stock, please select a different product. Any sale price will be adjusted at the time of fulfillment of your new item. Please send an email to info@stormcreek.com to alert us of your new order.
Returns/exchanges are typically processed within 14 business days of receiving your package. You’ll get an email confirmation when we’ve initiated a refund.
Payments
Currently, we accept Storm Creek Gift Cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover payment options. We also offer PayPal. Gift cards that display the Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover logos are also accepted.
Please make sure to enter your billing information (first name, last name, billing address, and credit card information) exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Once you place your order you may see a pending authorization on your account that is generally removed within 3-5 business days or once your order has shipped and payment has been submitted. You will be notified via e-mail or phone if a problem exists with the payment information you provided during checkout.
All prices and amounts are in U.S. dollars.
Current law allows us to collect sales or other applicable state taxes, based on the order’s “ship to” address. Storm Creek follows the guidelines for each state as they pertain to your order. Most states assess sales tax on shipping and handling charges. All applicable taxes will be clearly displayed on the invoice that accompanies your order. Your credit card is charged when the order ships. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to merchandise out of stock or if you have requested your order be canceled, you will receive a cancellation e-mail and will not be charged for unshipped item(s). Please note if you placed your order using a gift card, the funds from a canceled order will be held for five business days before being released.

Gift cards can be redeemed for online purchases by entering the gift card number during checkout. There is no shipping & handling charge for gift cards delivered via U.S. standard delivery and cannot be sent to international shipping locations. When merchandise is ordered along with gift cards, sales tax and shipping and handling will be applied to the merchandise portion of the order – not the gift card. Gift card purchases are not eligible for promotional discounts.
Gift Card Terms. Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Cards issued by Storm Creek are redeemable for merchandise only in the U.S. at stormcreek.com or at our annual warehouse sales. Cards may not be used for payment on any credit card account, to purchase another gift card, or toward previously purchased merchandise. Treat the cards as cash. If your card is lost, stolen or destroyed, it may be able to be replaced if you have the card number, and can only be redeemed as a coupon at stormcreek.com. Cards carry no expiration date. Previously placed an order and it’s not showing up in Order History? Try tracking your order by clicking ‘Order Status’ (if you were not signed in when you placed your order initially, it will not display in Order History). Sizing and Fit
Most of our products can be washed in cold or warm water with like colors, on gentle cycle. Garments can be tumble dried on low heat, but for best results, line dry. Check the care label on the inside of each individual garment for specific care instructions.
We are fit fanatics. Our styles are meant to be layered for optimal comfort indoors and out, which is why our sizes are based on standard retail size scales. View our size charts for specific information and measuring your body.

Please include your order number, a photo of the garment & issue area, and be as specific as possible when describing the situation and approximate age of your garment. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Expect a response within 1-2 business days with further instructions.
Sustainability
Storm Creek’s Eco-Collection includes a variety of styles containing at least 35% recycled post-consumer waste, made primarily of recycled plastic bottles. Since launching this collection, we’ve saved more than 12 million plastic bottles from landfills or oceans. Every product in our line now has a recycled component.
The sourcing process begins at the fabric mills. We seek only high-quality mills whenever possible as we source raw materials. Many of our mills are Bluesign® or Oeko-Tex certified, which means they focus on sustainable practices, such as water conservation, and use environmentally safe chemicals.
Storm Creek works with some of the top factories in the world. Our owners personally know the factory owners, and they have been selected because our values align. Many of our factories are certified by the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) program and Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), and all of them meet the high standards required by some of the best brands in the world.
No. Storm Creek adheres to transparency regarding chemicals used in producing and packaging our apparel. With our factories, we avoid any product that could be deemed harmful or considered a health concern. All Storm Creek materials are Proposition 65 certified, ensuring garments are non-toxic and safe.
