A Wholesale Apparel Sales team member will grow and manage a portfolio of specialty retail accounts by winning new business and strengthening existing relationships to drive reorders and performance. You’ll own your territory strategy and travel, represent Storm Creek at trade shows and events, maintain accurate CRM data, and collaborate closely with internal teams and our account executive to meet customer needs and expand the brand’s presence.
The Director of Sales owns strategy and execution across Storm Creek's branded merchandise/promotional products and other wholesale retail channels such as outdoor/specialtyretail and resorts. Reporting to the President and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this person leads a team of remote outside sales territory managers and inside sales account executives. This is a leadership and strategy role, not a book-of-business role: the Director does not have their own accounts per se but is directly accountable for the company's total sales goal. However, the Directorholds Key relationships with many of the top customers and will be traveling with sales reps to see key customers.
As an Apparel Designer at Storm Creek, you'll bring our sustainably made lifestyle apparel to life- from concept to production. You'll combine trend insight, creativity, and sustainable material know-how to design high-performing products that embody our mission and values. This fast-paced, multi-faceted role touches every stage of the product lifecycle: concepting, design execution, fabric and trim selection, PLM maintenance, fit and quality standardization, and product launches. You balance creative vision with technical precision, ensuring every style meets Storm Creek's standards for fit, function, and sustainability.
