We are seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager to help lead daily operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to oversee order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and team performance. You’ll ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time, while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient environment. From training staff and enforcing safety protocols to identifying process improvements and supporting shift execution, you’ll be a key player in driving operational excellence. The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for delivering a seamless, high-quality customer journey that strengthens relationships, accelerates responsiveness, and drives operational precision. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in proactive inventory management, clear supply chain communications, and efficient, on-time flow of products from overseas vendors to our warehouse. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience using AI and clear processes. The role works collaboratively with other teams to support our commitment to deep inventory, product quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.
As a key player on our Sales Team, the Sales Support Specialist delivers exceptional service to Storm Creek’s business customers in the Promotional Products Industry. You'll support account management, order processing, and customer communication with precision and care. We’re looking for a highly organized, self-motivated problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves collaborating with both teammates and clients and has experience in the promotional products industry. Ideal candidates are passionate about details, energized by multitasking, and love going above and beyond to deliver outstanding experiences.
We’re looking for a dependable team member to support our warehouse operations. You’ll help receive and process orders, pick and pack products, handle deliveries, and keep things organized and running smoothly. The role requires attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be available Monday–Friday with occasional seasonal overtime, and have a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
