The Connection | May 13, 2025
Storm Creek is proud to share that we’ve been featured in the latest edition of Twin Cities In Motion (TCM) The Connection, spotlighting our role as the local gear provider for the 2025 PNC Women Run the Cities event. As a women-owned business based right here in Minnesota, this partnership is more than a collaboration—it’s a reflection of shared values, purpose, and passion for empowering women through movement and mission.
This year’s race apparel, a stylish and sustainable Varsity Hoodie, was designed in-house by Storm Creek’s very own female designer. It’s more than just gear—it’s a garment rooted in intentionality, created by women, for women, to celebrate strength, community, and the journey of every runner.
Our CEO and co-owner Teresa Fudenberg believes that leadership is about more than just titles—it’s about transformation. “I hope women who join Storm Creek feel like they’ve entered a place with no ceiling,” Teresa shared in the article. “That their voices are heard. That they have someone to listen, support them, and help them advance wherever they want to go. That’s the same energy we hope every Women Run the Cities runner feels when she laces up—supported, empowered, and ready to chase down whatever finish line she’s after.”
Being featured by Twin Cities In Motion isn’t just about recognition—it’s a celebration of aligned missions. As a certified women-owned business (WBENC), Storm Creek is part of the 20% of U.S. employer firms led by women. But our impact is designed to go far beyond statistics. We’ve upcycled over 46 million plastic bottles into high-performance, eco-friendly apparel.
For years, Storm Creek has partnered with TCM to provide runners with gear that not only performs but also makes a statement. And this year, we’re honored to take it a step further—spotlighting women’s leadership, design, and impact from concept to finish line.
From sustainable threads to strong strides, Storm Creek is proud to stand with every woman running her race—on the course, in business, and beyond.
