Teresa Fudenberg, CEO and majority owner of Eagan-based sustainable apparel company Storm Creek, has been named one of the most influential leaders in the promotional products industry and she earned a spot on the 2025 ASI Counselor Power 50 list.
Promotional products is a growing $27 billion industry comprised of more than 23,000 companies.
This recognition highlights Fudenberg’s growing influence as a purpose-driven business leader who has been redefining what it means to run a company focused on doing right by people and the planet.
“This recognition is really a reflection of our entire Storm Creek team,” said Fudenberg. “Since the beginning, Doug and I set out to build a company that could make a difference. Every person here shares that same passion for doing good whether that’s through creating the highest quality lifestyle apparel through responsible and sustainable sourcing, giving back to our community, or helping our customers make a positive impact through their apparel choices. None of this happens without the people behind it.”
Under their leadership, Storm Creek has achieved major milestones that include in 2025 earning a B Corp certification and an EcoVadis Gold sustainability rating. This company continues to champion a business model centered on giving back. The company is 34 out of more than 3,500 promo industry suppliers in 2025.
Storm Creek has pledged to donate $5 million to charity by 2030, a commitment reflected in both its business operations and community partnerships.
Much of this centers around one of the Twin Cities’ largest annual warehouse sales and the company’s upcoming 13th Annual Warehouse Sale taking place in November.
This is expected to to generate more than $100,000 for local nonprofits, including Tee It Up for the Troops, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Minnesota Zoo Foundation, Feeding America, National Park Foundationand The Bond Between.
Storm Creek also plans to continue making annual product donations to those in need including giving away $500,000 in clothing, jackets and hats.
