At this time, Storm Creek ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. Please contact us to inquire about shipping outside of the U.S. Periodic free shipping offers apply to domestic orders only. 

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST, M-F, not including holidays).

U.S. Shipping

Storm Creek mainly uses UPS and USPS for shipping of consumer orders. Pricing depends on the total pieces and the weight of each order.

U.S. Standard Ground: Delivery within 5-7 business days ($9.50).
U.S. Second Day: Delivery within 2 business days ($20.00).
U.S. Overnight: Delivery within 1 business day ($29.00).

U.S. Standard GROUND

Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 5-7 business days for the United States and select Territories. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

U.S. Second Day/Overnight

Orders must be made before 3:00 p.m. CST to guarantee that your order is processed on the same day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review, including credit card authorization and verification. As a result, there may be a slight delay in order processing; your patience is greatly appreciated. Expedited delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Holidays observed:

Storm Creeks fulfillment center is closed for the observance of major United States Holidays. Orders placed on a major holiday are processed and shipped the next business day.

Return & Exchange Policies

The Storm Creek Promise

Better product for the greater good is our mission. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If our product does not live up to your expectations, we'll make it right.

We will happily work with you to make sure you're satisfied.

You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All items must be returned unworn with the tags attached.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

NOTE: All warehouse sale items, clearance, sale, and custom embroidered pieces are final - no returns accepted.
